h5bj Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Users

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the h5bj platform, accessible at h5bj.wine and through the h5bj mobile application. By creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet on h5bj, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

h5bj operates as an online sports betting and gaming platform serving users in Pakistan. The platform covers sports betting across Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other sports, as well as live casino games and slots. All activity on the platform is conducted in PKR and through payment methods available in Pakistan including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards and mobile wallets.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of your agreement with h5bj.

2. Eligibility

To use h5bj you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. h5bj is strictly an adult service and we take underage gambling prevention seriously.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where doing so does not violate any applicable laws or regulations that apply to you personally.
• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded or self-excluded from h5bj or any platform operated by our group.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy or nominee for another person.

h5bj does not provide services to individuals who are knowingly in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. It is your responsibility to check the rules applicable in your location before registering. Providing false information about your location or age is a breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

You may only hold one account on h5bj. Creating multiple accounts, including accounts under different names or using different devices to avoid detection, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, h5bj reserves the right to suspend all related accounts and review any transactions made through them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real name, correct date of birth and valid contact details. You must update your account information if any of it changes. h5bj is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided at registration.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. This includes bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. h5bj staff will never ask for your password.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits on h5bj are processed in PKR. The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards and mobile wallets. You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods – accounts or wallets belonging to someone else – are not permitted.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are shown within the deposit section of your account. These limits may change and the current limits displayed in your account at the time of deposit are the applicable ones.

Deposits are intended for wagering on the h5bj platform. Using your h5bj account to process payments for any purpose other than personal betting and gaming activity is not allowed. h5bj reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds deposited into your account.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. You may not withdraw to a different person's account or wallet. h5bj may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or where account activity has triggered a review.

Withdrawal requests are subject to a processing period. The timeline for each payment method is shown in your account at the time of the withdrawal request. h5bj aims to process withdrawal requests as efficiently as possible, but timelines may be affected by payment provider processing schedules.

Winnings from free bets, bonuses or promotional credits may have wagering requirements attached before they can be withdrawn. These requirements are outlined in the specific promotion terms that applied when the bonus was credited to your account.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on h5bj are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. These rules govern how markets are settled, what happens when a match is abandoned, and how results are determined for special markets like player performance bets and tournament outright markets.

Key general betting rules include:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by h5bj, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the user except where a cash-out option is available and the user exercises it before the relevant event or market closes.
• h5bj reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was accepted, or where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to pay out. If one leg is void, the accumulator recalculates without that selection.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market. These are shown on the bet slip before confirmation.
• h5bj displays odds in the format standard for Pakistan sports betting. Odds are subject to change before a bet is placed and confirmed. The odds shown at the point of confirmation are the settled odds for your bet.

For Cricket, PSL and T20 internationals, specific settlement rules apply to markets such as next wicket, over runs, method of dismissal and player performance specials. These are detailed in the in-platform sports rules section.

7. Live Betting

Live in -play betting allows you to place bets on events that are already in progress. Odds during live betting update in real time and can change rapidly, particularly during Cricket matches where a single ball can significantly shift the market.

The following conditions apply specifically to live betting on h5bj:

• A bet is only confirmed once h5bj's system has accepted it. During periods of high activity – particularly during PSL matches and T20 internationals – there may be a brief delay between you submitting a bet and it being accepted or rejected.
• If your connection drops between submitting a bet and receiving confirmation, check your bet history before placing the same bet again. Duplicate bets placed due to connection issues are not automatically voided.
• h5bj may suspend live markets temporarily at any point during a match. This is normal and may happen around key moments such as the fall of a wicket or a video review. Suspended markets will reopen once odds have been updated.
• In the event of a significant delay, abandonment or interruption to a live event, bets already accepted may be settled according to the relevant sport rules or voided at h5bj's discretion depending on the circumstances.

8. Casino and Slots

h5bj provides access to live casino games and slots in addition to sports betting. Live casino games include Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and other table games with live dealers. Slots cover a wide range of titles and new games are added to the lobby on an ongoing basis.

Casino and slots games have their own rules which are displayed within each game. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game mechanics are governed by the game provider. h5bj does not alter the RTP of any game offered on the platform.

Bonus funds credited specifically for sports betting may not be usable in the casino section and vice versa. The applicable bonus terms for each promotion will specify where the bonus can be used.

9. Bonuses and Promotions

h5bj offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and VIP rewards. Each promotion has its own set of terms and conditions which are displayed at the time the offer is presented. Those specific terms take precedence over these general Terms where there is any conflict relating to a particular promotion.

General rules that apply to all promotions on h5bj:

• Bonuses are intended for personal use by the account holder only. Sharing, selling or transferring bonuses to another person is not permitted.
• Attempting to exploit promotions through multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other users, or by placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, is considered abuse and will result in the bonus being removed and the account being reviewed.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Bonuses and associated winnings that have not met their requirements within the stated period will expire.
• h5bj reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after bonuses have been credited, any unused bonus amounts will be removed from accounts.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, device or IP address is permitted unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

10. Responsible Gaming

h5bj takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides tools to help you manage your gambling activity including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. These tools are available within your account settings and are designed to be straightforward to use.

If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, we encourage you to use the self-exclusion option in your account or contact h5bj support to request a cooling-off period. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed for the duration you select. We take these requests seriously and apply them promptly.

Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a way to generate income or recover previous losses. Set a budget before you start each session, stick to it and stop when you have reached your limit. h5bj's platform is for adults aged 18 and above and we encourage all users to keep their account login secure, particularly in households where younger family members are present.

11. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your h5bj account. This means choosing a strong, unique password, not sharing your login details with anyone and logging out of shared devices after use. The h5bj app supports biometric login as an additional layer of security.

h5bj will never contact you asking for your password. If you receive any communication claiming to be from h5bj and requesting your login credentials, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact h5bj support without delay. We will take immediate steps to secure your account pending an investigation. Any bets placed or withdrawals requested during an unauthorised access period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

12. Suspension and Closure

h5bj reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Evidence of multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to, using stolen payment methods or participating in coordinated betting schemes.
• Use of automated software, bots or any other non-human means to interact with the platform.
• Abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour directed at h5bj staff or other users.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification when requested.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to funds will be restricted until the investigation is resolved. If an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance after deducting any bonus funds or bets placed in breach of the rules will be returned to the account holder through the original payment method, subject to verification.

Users who wish to close their own account voluntarily can do so by contacting h5bj support. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal rules and the resulting balance processed per the standard withdrawal procedure.

13. Errors and Technical Issues

Occasionally errors may occur on the h5bj platform. These can include incorrect odds being displayed, market descriptions that do not accurately reflect the available bet, or technical malfunctions that affect the platform's operation. h5bj reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on an obvious error, including odds that were clearly incorrect compared to the true market price at the time.

If a technical issue affects live betting – for example, an odds feed delay that allowed bets to be placed after a key event had already occurred – h5bj may void affected bets. We will communicate the reasons for any such void through your account notification and bet history.

h5bj is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues that are outside our reasonable control, including internet service provider outages, device failures on your end, or disruptions caused by third-party payment providers.

14. Limitation of Liability

h5bj provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect availability. We aim to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

To the fullest extent permitted, h5bj's liability to any user is limited to the value of funds held in that user's account at the time of any incident giving rise to a claim. h5bj is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses including loss of anticipated winnings on bets that could not be placed due to a platform outage.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Privacy

h5bj collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and other third parties where necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable obligations.

16. Changes to These Terms

h5bj may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users through the platform or by the contact details on your account. Continued use of h5bj after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.
